West Towne Christian Church is a community of believers trying as hard as we can to follow Jesus in all that we do. Whether you’re checking out God and church for the first time, or are looking for a new place to call home, West Towne has a place for you!
We would like to personally invite you to come join us for one of our services. The atmosphere is relaxed and each week you can expect to hear a message that is relevant to your daily life. Through meaningful Bible-study, worship, and a weekly time of communion, we want to help you grow deeper in your relationship with God each and every week.
From students to professionals, preschoolers to senior adults, we offer ministries tailored specifically to every member of your family. With small groups, community activities, mission trips, and many other special events all year long, there are plenty of opportunities to connect, grow, and serve.

Starting Point is a relaxed, honest space to explore West Towne’s story, the big-picture story of Scripture, the roots of the Christian Church, and how you can find your place here at WTCC.
Together, we’ll talk about what it looks like to follow Jesus in real life and how West Towne is seeking to live out our mission of navigating Knoxville toward wholeness in Jesus. Along the way, we’ll walk through practical next steps like baptism, belonging at West Towne, serving, small groups, and other ways to grow and get connected.
Starting Point meets for six weeks during our Spiritual Growth Pathway hour at 9:30 a.m. on Sundays.
